Anneks transformed this derelict power station in to a stunning bar and restaurant. The Light Bar has been nominated for a GQ award, featured in the Michelin Guide, and has hosted an array of events for A-list brands like Gucci, Ardberg and Spotify. The sensitive renovation ensured the its many past lives were celebrated whilst modernising for a convivial future.

Shepherds Bush, London
A retained project by Jimmi Iovine, USHER, Kevin Wall and Liberty Ross. Anneks oversaw the entire design and build, transforming this former powerstation in to a roller rink, diner and concert hall. We also concepted the launch party which in collaboration with Purple PR, executing one of the most talked about nights in London with guests including Mary J Blidge, Dr Dre and many more.
FLOWERHOUSE
Central London
A pop-up with a meaning and a future. Anneks reframed an old ‘boozer’ pub into a more female friendly venue, helping women build careers in hospitality and gain leadership roles across hospitality in London. Flowerhouse hosts a split level ‘Instagram’ apartment where brand and influencer partnerships created content. Staff and their children also had continuous use of the space. Flowerhouse closed due to larger development plans, but secured awards for founder Jo Jackson as ‘top 10 influential women in hospitality’.
